#15 – Microsoft search engine is now called “bing”


After a testing phase of their new search engine, codename Kumo.com, (as previously mentioned on this blog) Microsft has decided to change it’s name before public release to Bing. #2 – Windows 7 Release Candidate goes public


Few days ago Windows 7 Release Candidate (RC) was made available to subscribers of (Microsoft TechNet) and (MSDN). From today Windows 7 RC is available for download to everyone through Windows 7 Release Candidate Customer Preview Program.

#1 – DreamSpark – Microsoft software and training for students


Through it’s web site DreamSpark Microsoft offers to students download of their software products.  Software isn’t the only thing which is being offered through this website. You can also download some e-books, access e-learning courses and you can take one MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist) exam for free. You have to get voucher for your exam, and you can redeem it before June 30, 2009 so hurry!!! (more…)
